begins with an introduction (pages 6-10) discussing the Town of Pembroke
in relation to the Lumbee Indians and then provides some background information
on UNC-Pembroke.

Herbert Lowry, police chief or policeman for thirty years; Billy Lowry,
from whom land was purchased to situate UNC-Pembroke; Ira Pate Lowry,
