Analyzes data compiled by David E. Wilkins in July, 1988, to verify the authenticity of the house, which the Cultural Center has acquired and plans to restore. Summarizes seven property deeds, which “fall short of providing a complete record of ownership” linking the house to Henry Berry Lowry. Also lists published materials, theses and dissertations, court records, laws, and archival materials Wilkins gathered on Lowry.
