Harold Chief Iron Bear Collins, a Lumbee Indian powerlifter, has been included in the 2001 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records for pulling a 50,433 pound semi truck and flatbed trailer 160 feet in 44 seconds. The feat, which took place in November, 1999 was televised on Extra. Collins has owned and operated the Pembroke Power House Gym for over 20 years. He has numerous other strength records, including the 6th strongest man in the world (1993) and three wins as U.S. Strongest Man.
