Publication type: Newspaper article The North Carolina Indian Cultural Center has inaugurated a new program, chaired by Janice Oxendine, called American Indian Mothers. The program hopes to instill the substance that the members say is lacking in some of today's families, such as vision and knowledge. Working with Robeson County Mental Health Center, the program will provide alcohol and drug counseling.
